Joslyn said the vehicle was covered in pollen when she picked it up. She would like to know why it had not been cleaned. The repairs took an additional 2 weeks because the bumper was not in stock. She had to call them for updates. The insurance company handled the estimate, but she had to call this business to get a copy of it.
