Maria said several things were left off and she will have to go back next Monday to have these properly repaired. A number of switches for the dashboard were not properly connected. Plastic pieces were not properly put in. A decorative piece was put on the bumper but there is supposed to be another part underneath that decorative piece. End caps were not replaced on the side boards that are used to climb up into the SUV. The hitch cover fell off on the freeway when she left this business. She is happy with the major part of the workmanship but not with the finishing details. There was no promise time given. This business put off the delivery date day by day. The vehicle was at this business three months. Maria said it was at least two weeks late because the vehicle had to go to another business for some of the work. There is also a cut line in the window glass that was supposed to be repaired. She has received no phone call concerning this issue. This business did call when there were delays, but she said she still did not feel she was kept adequately informed and communication was only somewhat satisfactory.
