Spoke with Anisa. She said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because they did more damages to her vehicle. Her door does not lock or unlock properly after her visit. They killed her battery and replaced it which ruined the displays on her dashboard. Her vehicle was delayed by a week and a half because they locked themselves out of her vehicle and had to break her window to get back in. She said she was not too sure if she was kept adequately informed since she had to call them at first for updates on her vehicle. She was satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel until she brought her vehicle back with these issues. She said they reacted like they did not want to deal with these issues. It is for these reasons she would not recommend them. Her vehicle is at this business getting these issues addressed.
