Stephanie said she rated her overall experience a 3 because of the level of communication. She said the quality of the repair was good but not the paint work, where there is some marring on the paint or a spot or coating on the finish that needs to be buffed out. She has made several calls to the person she was working with and he has not returned her calls and finally decided to just show up. Unfortunately, the technicians were not available and she was told to come back another time. She wasn't informed on the repair process and had to be calling him. They have an electronic system where they were to send her updates but she received nothing from them. Also they called on the home phone and they should have called her on her cell phone. Stephanie was not happy with the estimator because the person didn't make sure everything was done before she picked up the vehicle, wasn't thoughtful at all and should have verified her contact information. She said because of these reasons, she wasn't happy with the communication and will not recommend this facility to others.

The area on Stephanie's vehicle that she is complaining about was not the area that was worked on by Momentum. Depsite that, her estimator offered to have the area buffed for her free of charge. Unfortunately Stephanie showed up at the shop before the technicians' scheduled time of arrival so the work needed to be scheduled for a different time. As far as the issues with communication, all I can do is apologize and say we are constantly striving to improve.
