Timothy said he was impressed by Edgar, but not with the business. He knows about this organization, since he worked at one of the Momemtum dealerships. He stated this business doesn't get good reviews and he expected to have several visits before his vehicle was done. It took about a month, because they tried to order a used hood, but the ones they received weren't acceptable. Then they ordered a new hood and it came in damaged, so it had to be reordered. When his vehicle was ready, there was a large dent in the hood, because the battery had to be jumped and they closed the hood on the battery charger. When the last ordered parts came in, they fixed the hood at the same time, so everything is done now. Edgar turned a poor experience into a very good experience. He wasn't given a promised time. He suggested they should have ordered a new hood to begin with to satisfy their customers.
