Pamela said she had unusual circumstances that this business worked with her on and it was great. The vehicle was 2 days late because they didn't order the parts for the initial appraisal. She was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared the estimate because he didn't do the job thoroughly, the vehicle was late.
