Patrick said that this business was not personable at all. Their internet website said that he could pick his vehicle up on Saturday, when he went to pick it up, they were closed. He had to wait until Monday to pick his vehicle up. They never tried to build rapport with him, and had the wrong deductible when he went to pick up his vehicle. After making several telephone calls for them, he got the proper deductible. He found out updates on his vehicle through their website. He said that they could use a more personal touch with their customers, rather than only going through the internet. Due to this experience he would not recommend them.
