Jamahl said the vehicle was a couple of days late because the repair work did not pass the business' quality assurance test. He was fine with that, since he was kept informed about the status of the repair and they made it right. The personnel were all nice. When there was a problem they were good about keeping him informed and explaining what was happening. He has received compliments on the repair and they used a new part like he requested.
