Sanjay said his vehicle was at the business for almost a month before he received it. He heard nothing from the business for the first two weeks. He had a few issues with the business but not with Kenny who helped him a lot. Kenny was great. He expected more from this business because of the associated dealership. The damage was to the hood and one side of the vehicle. He went to pick the vehicle up and noticed that the side damage was still apparent. He told a staff member and they told him it was just overlooked but it would be taken care of. Then, two tires had to be replaced. The front and back tires are two different sizes on his vehicle. The ones that were replaced were put one on the front and one on the back. He needed both front and both back to be the same and they were not at first. He said he thought BMW was more competent than this experience.
