Cesar said he was told his vehicle would be at this business for three days but it took almost two weeks to complete because of the insurance company and a paint issue. He received text updates but no calls regarding why his vehicle was late. Nobody would answer his phone calls when he wanted to ask about the delays and his calls were not returned for a week and a half. They need to work on their customer service skills.
