Annette said this business was not prompt and the communication was not great. The service department at the associated dealership left her vehicle in neutral, it rolled and crashed the front of the vehicle. They sent her vehicle to this business to have the repairs done. She was not given a promise date because the business did not inform the service department when the vehicle would be ready. She had no contact with this business and was not kept informed by them.
