Shayla said they did a decent job on the repair. The repair was done earlier than promised. The insurance company dealt with the estimate. The communication could have been better with regard to the repair tracking system. It was unclear where the process was and it lagged behind, but when she called the person she was dealing with, he was readily available and answered all her questions.
