Richard said he was unhappy with the lack of communication at this business. They did not thoroughly communicate what they needed to do to complete the repairs. On the projected delivery date, they emailed him saying there would be a delay in receiving the vehicle, and that was fine. They said there was a delay because they were waiting for a part to come in, and they moved the projected delivery date out three days. He went to this business three days later because he had not heard from them, and his vehicle was supposed to be finished. When he got there, he found out that they were also waiting for another part to come in and it would not be there until the following week. This was very important because it changed the delivery date, and they did not notify him of this.
