Afsha said she had a hard time getting a hold of Terry. She left several messages but he never returned her calls. Even when she told someone to have him call her. She finally had to be rude to be able to get a hold of him. Her vehicle was supposed to be ready in less than two weeks, originally. They kept changing it and changed it about five or six times. She would call the Friday before she left to see if it was ready and they would tell her it was. When she got there, they would tell her they were sorry and that it was not finished. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair. She had to call to find out what was going on. They would tell her they were waiting hear from her insurance. When she contacted her insurance, they would tell her they had already contacted the business and sent the information. The communication was fine, except the email and text messages were inaccurate. She probably would not recommend them to other for all the reasons mentioned.
