Luisa said even though the work performed was great, she was the one who kept calling to find out about the status of her vehicle. Instead of a Friday, it took until the following Monday to get her vehicle back due to the computer system in her vehicle wasn't working right. She wasn't kept informed well and she was the one who called to see what was happening.
