George said the work took over a month, which was an inconvenience for him. There was a spot on the hood that was missed. They should have fixed it while it was there. It took over a month due to finding additional damage. If they evaluated things fully from the beginning, it would have been handled on day one. He does not understand the process. He is not satisfied with the thoroughness of the estimate because they kept finding the additional damages. The staff member was a nice person. The reason he would not recommend this business to others is because it took awhile and the pricing.
