Kenneth said the business has poor communication. The facility did not complete the job on time and did not inform the insurance company of the delay. This caused the rental agency to charge his personal credit card for the rental vehicle. Mike, the service writer, did not return calls to his direct line or return email inquiries. He would not recommend them to others because of the reasons mentioned.
