Roger stated that he wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair because the business left a pin hole in the glaze. The business while buffing the vehicle left buffing compound in the black plastic trim on the vehicle. There wasn't a promised time for the vehicle to be ready. He wasn't kept informed during the repair process because the vehicle was suppose to be at a Ford location and it was taken to this location. Roger had no idea who had the vehicle for a week. There wasn't any communication by the business except that the vehicle was ready. He stated that he didn't chose the business and had no idea how his vehicle got there.
