Spoke with Sharon. She said she did not recall if there was a promised time for delivery of the vehicle but she expected it to take 1 week and it took 2 weeks. She did not know why it took that long but it was alright with her. The quality of work was excellent and she was treated great. She really liked both representatives. They became like family. The insurance company recommended another body shop but her daughter had used this business before and she was so impressed with the work they did she insisted on using them.
