David stated that his vehicle was three days later than promised because when he was on the way to pick up his vehicle, the business called him and said they forgot to add the paint. He also stated that they forgot to fix the cracked hub cap, and that is why he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair. David stated that he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because he had to call for updates. He also said he was not completely satisfied with the communication because the business never called him. David added that he would not recommend this business because of his recent experience.
