Brooke said this business did an awesome job on the repairs, she couldn't believe how good her vehicle looked. She did mention they need to work on treating customers better. The personnel weren't very nice. She did not elaborate further. She was not given a promised ready time for her vehicle. She was not able to judge how adequately informed she was kept or the shop's communication because Riverside Toyota handled all the communication. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel for the reasons mentioned.
