Elizabeth rated her overall experience as a 4 but chose not to elaborate. Her vehicle was about 3 weeks late due to a parts delay. Nobody called her and when she called them there was confusion about who she was, what she was having done and they put her on hold a lot. She was not happy with the communication with the shop for the listed reasons.
