Fred said his overall experience with them could've been better. He was told by the first employee the cost should be around $700. The insurance company gave him a check in his name and the body shop's name for $1,800. He's trying to figure out why. When he went back there was a different person. He said the price was a little over $1,800. He asked him about the price difference. Fred thought he would be getting back money according to the first employee. This new employee said there were labor costs and it all added up. Fred is just wondering why such a price difference. There was no promised time. They gave him a courtesy vehicle. Fred checked with them as to when his vehicle would be ready. He was satisfied with the delivery time. He was satisfied with the quality of the repair on his vehicle. He was only concerned about the price difference. He would recommend them to others, but would tell them to know exactly what the cost of the repair will be upfront.
