Debbie said that she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because her battery was not put back in correctly. Her vehicle was about 2 days later then promised for reasons she is unsure of. She was not kept adequately informed. She was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because he was very rude. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because they were also very rude. She was not satisfied with the shops communication because they did not call to update her. It is for all the above mentioned reasons that she would not recommend this business for service.
