Patricia said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because her vehicle was making loud noises and she had to return to have them taken care of. They ended up having to repair some parts that were not done correctly. She did not elaborate on any details. Her vehicle was ready three days later than promised and she was not given a reason for the delay. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because she had to call them for information on her vehicle. Patricia said she was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because there were a few things she did not understand and they did not explain them to her. She was not completely satisfied with the shop's communication and would not recommend this facility for the reasons mentioned.
