They actually care about your car.
My car broke down in the middle of the cemetery the other evening and I had to get it towed. One of the ball joints just randomly broke and fell to the ground! I was worried about leaving it at some auto shop nearby after it had closed on a Friday because who knows how busy they are or if they will even work on my little car. To my surprise they called me in the morning to say they could get the parts in and fix it that day! That evening I picked up my car all fixed up and ready to drive. I even got $100 off labor expenses. What a relief.
