Gerardo said the vehicle is running well. Everything is fixed. Hand prints were left on his vehicle. They did not show him the old starter or engine block that was changed. He was told they did not have the parts because his vehicle was fixed at another business. He did not know that.

Good morning Darryl. I see you have posted a low score review. I appologise for your car having simular issues but its documented on your invoice that the car still has a couple more issues to be sorted out. Your spark plugs were worn more than twice the service wear limits and undoubtly needed replacement which has caused other issues to arise. We will stand behind our work and will be happy to accomodate your repair needs when your ready.

"The mechanics are honest "
I had takeny car to the bmw dealer, they had said my transmission pan was leaking and it would cost several hundred dollars to repair. Motor City checked my trans pan and said it was not leaking. That saved me a lit of cash and shined a new light on bmw dealers, or bring money with you dealers.
