"2005 Toyota Tundra"
This was my first time going to Motorplex. I brought in my 2005 Toyota Tundra and wanted a tune up and general maintenance done (oil change not required). The invoice I was provided was very vague. Remove and replace spark plugs was the only thing noted for $358.64. I expected to see a list of all the things they did which I hope was more than just replacing the spark plugs. Ironically, the notes at the bottom of the invoice there were comments about brake fluid, power steering fluid and transmission fluid being discolored. What wasn't this addressed at my appointment or at least why didn't the shop call me and ask if I wanted the fluids replaced?? Not quite sure what to think.

"Honest Experienced Mechanics"
I've been coming to Motorplex for years and they do a great job of taking care of scheduled maintenance on my car. They are always friendly, efficient, and don't talk down to women-as, unfortunately, I have experienced in the past at prior repair businesses.

Dena said the business is nice and finished the vehicle in a timely manner. She was pleased with the experience. When she went to pick up the vehicle she couldn't find the vehicle and had to get someone to help her. During the service they needed a part that when they ordered it, they ordered it from a business that was far away instead of one that was closer because it was a common part.

Beverly said she went in and told this business all the things she needed done on the vehicle. The gentleman who helped her told her it would take a while because there was a lot that needed to be done. It took a decent amount of time. He walked with her to the vehicle and explained to her things to consider having done at another time. He let her know the bus comes right in front of the business, so that was very convenient for her.

Gretta said she was happy to get a flatbed tow on short notice and he really knew what he was doing. She said she was happy to get complete explanations about what was going on with her vehicle and their ability to answer her questions. Her service advisor was a little slow at getting back to her, She wished he would have been a little more forthcoming.

Took car in with power steering leak. They diagnosed it (cost $162!). Then quoted a price of over $800 to fix. Called two nearby dealers (one Buick, same as car) and got quotes of $360 and $399. HALF what This ripoff price quoted by Motorplex!
