Wamon took good care of me again. Always super communication and excellent troubleshooting skills. They are the best I've ever found and nailing down the problem and getting it fixed.

Randy said he was told it would take 3 days to change his water pump. It actually took 3 weeks. They forgot his oil change and the check on his air conditioning.

Roy said he was traveling through the area on his way home to Canada. The vehicle broke down. He called this business and a gentleman by the name of Justin immediately came out, towed the vehicle and did all that he could to assist him and his wife, Sylvia. He went way beyond with duty and compassion. The vehicle was towed to this business at 5:30 pm. The service manager knew they were traveling and naturally they thought that he would prioritize their vehicle for service. The front office lady was quite accommodating. She stayed late and researched tirelessly to find transportation and accommodations for them. She as well as Justin did all that they could to assist them. At noon, the next day, the service manager informed them that there would not be a technician on duty until 1:30 pm. The technician worked diligently to get them on the road. It would serve the travelers greater if the service manager did all that he could do to make it a priority to accommodate travelers. He would like to thank Justin. He was very kind and thoughtful. He even texted him on Sunday night to make sure they had arrived back in Canada and made it home.

Jason said he has always had fantastic service at this business. His plastic dipstick was accidentally dropped and broken so a new one was ordered but they never called when it came in. It was not a big issue, it was a minor issue and he will be back.

Malia said she had an excellent experience with this business. Their staff was incredible at diagnosing her problems and only worked on the issues she asked them to. They did not dig into the other issues her vehicle had. They were very specific and expeditious once everything was going. They kept in touch with her and since their price was amazing, she would recommend anyone to them.

Ian said all the personnel he dealt with during his visit to this business were nice and the job was done professionally but there was a lack of communication. There were two instances where they advised him they would call him back but did not. They were not as attentive as he would have liked. This will not deter him from being a repeat customer. His vehicle was a day or so late but he does not remember the cause of the delay.

"Another perfect transaction"
Motorplex has serviced our cars for years. Just took the car in for a ghost noise that they could not replicate. They were diligent in searching for the source and when they could not identify it, charged me only for the time to diagnose the problem per what we agreed to initially and not for the time they actually spent. Great service!
