"Great customer service"
Provided a ride to my home while fixed car, repair was quick, added a service I needed, communcated and quoted throughout the process. When you get a good service, it's always easier to swallow the costs of repair

Team Motorplex located at 4 Corners (Maple Valley) are the BEST! It's really like having a team of Master Mechanics working with you to help fix your car. I really appreciated the patience to explain what was wrong with my car, a time and cost estimate to fix the car...all in all a very positive experience! Don't hesitate to give Team Motorplex in Mapley Valley a call if you need service or a repair for your auto....you will be glad you did!

"Great service and Professional team"
Team Motorplex 4 corners is the best! Waymon and John went out of their way to make sure I understood what was wrong with my 2003 Mazda 6, how much the repair would cost and even provided pickup service once the car was fixed!

Sean said he took his vehicle to have his coils cleaned and treated. Two days later, after he had his vehicle serviced, his vehicle started running badly. He took his vehicle back to the facility and they told him there was a bad boot on coil four that was cracked. He thinks the damage that was done to his coil happened at the business while they were working on it. They offered to fix the problem but he does not believe the mechanic. He is not satisfied with the quality of the work done to his vehicle. He would not recommend the business for reasons already stated.

John said he was pleased with the service. The employees were nice, communicated well and solved the problem. The last few days his vehicle has been making a weird sound and he thinks something may have come loose. He is going to be taking his vehicle back to see what the problem is. He could not say if he was totally satisfied with the quality of service yet.
