Chase said there was some miscommunication. He said he dropped his vehicle off on Friday and they did not start working on it until Wednesday. He said if he had known that they were not going to start until then he would not have taken the vehicle to this business. They did not tell him how long the work was going to take, but the repair took a week and a couple of days. He said it was frustrating. He was told that there were other appointments before him and they were trying to fit him in. Their prices were pretty expensive and the communication was not good at first. He said he had to contact them until he finally told them that he needed daily updates. He would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.
