Spoke with Stephanie. She said she was greatly disappointed and took the vehicle back from the business without having any work performed. Since she is not a business person, she did not understand that they were going to begin charging her from the minute she called them, and they did not explain it to her. They ignored her emails and refused to answer her questions. They did charge her for something that was not done, but she chose not to elaborate as to what that was. She had to pay for it before they would release the vehicle. She wanted to split the cost with them but they refused. She put it on a credit card. They made her sign a release document on which she noted she was signing it and paying them under duress. They then reversed the charges and told her since she made the notation on the document, she would have to give them either cash or a cashier's check. She finally took her vehicle from the business and had it repaired elsewhere. She would not recommend them and will never use them again due to this experience. She may contact the attorney general's office about the matter.
