Jennifer said it took forever to get her vehicle back. The airbag suspension switch needs to be turned off when going up on a lift. The sensor light came on and she called about the issue. She had them take a look at it. She hasn't had the time to bring her vehicle back. She sat for about an hour and she did not have time for it. She said that happened about a month and a half ago. Her vehicle was there for over a week and this business didn't call to follow up about the mistake they made. The work took a week and a half longer than expected and they had to replace the transmission. She said it was a warranty issue. She said she didn't like the male employee she dealt with the second time she came in. She would not recommend this business because she got her vehicle back with something else broken. She said they should make more of an effort to follow up after a mistake.
