Dave said the service of his vehicle took longer then expected. He was not given a reason for the delay. The staff did not communicate with him about the status of his vehicle. He said there was no actual work done to his vehicle. He just had a diagnostic done.

Hi Dave, Thank you for taking time to review us! Remember I told you we were waiting on the laptop with the software so we could communicate with your RV? I must not have been clear enough, sorry. It said on the repair order that you needed it back by June 12th which is the day it was completed. We always strive to exceed our customer's expectations so it's a let down when we don't. We hope you give us the opportunity to service your vehicles in the future. I am waiting on an email for the price and availability on the front end parts. As soon as I receive it, I will email you the quote. Thanks again, Rod
