Elecia said they were rude and disrespectful. She got into an argument with Jeff. A call was made to this business about her air conditioner that is not working properly and she did not get any of her money back. No resolution has occurred. She would not recommend this business because no type of relief was offered. She came back on 3 different occasions for the same problem. Her air conditioner still turns off and it comes back on.
