"Thorough and Professional"
First oil change on new car, so was provided free of charge by dealership. Considering we were their first appointment of the day, we were surprised by how long a simple oil change took (over an hour). However, we were very pleased when their "32-point standard inspection" found a nail in one of my tires! We had added the tire service to our warranty when we bought the car, so that repair was done right then, also at no charge. So all-in-all, a good experience!

Was able to appt. in rather short notice, appreciate wifi as I could check into some work issues with my laptop, appreciate the available coffee, and quick turnaround this time. It was a failing fuel pump and was covered by warranty and I have 74K. Good experience

Received a subtle "up-sale" attempt on a matter unrelated to this particularly visit - which was two safety related recall notices. It was the topic of a pricing ? on a previous visit but the problem and the price essentially doubled from the last visit for a problem related to melting of the plastic housing for the brake lights. Frankly, I think it's a material specification design flaw (that probably should be subject to recall and repair/replace on Hyundai's nickel) because the place where one affixes the brake lights to the inside of the housing shell should not melt because of the plastic housing gets too hot from the heat of the brake lights. P.S. probably want to filter this feedback to corporate eyes only and not public facing feedback - just say'n thanks and fyi

We have been purchasing Hyundai's since 1999. We sold our 1999 Elantra to one of my coworker's and his college-age children are still driving it! I LOVE my Tiburon & husband LOVES his Sonata.
