"Good, but slow"
I feel like overall it was a good experience. I just felt like 3 hours for a simple oil change seemed too long. Especially since the service was scheduled, not a drop in.

"Tell me up front!"
While I appreciated the service that was performed on my car, I should have been informed up front as to how long this was to take. Originally I was told 1- 1 1/2 hours. But then they added 2 more factory recall checks to what was originally going to be done. When it took over 4 hours, it became very frustrating! If I had known that at first, I would have requested a loaner car or to have someone take me home until the service was finished. As it turned out, it was a totally wasted morning for me!

"4 hour wait!"
I was originally told that my service would take an hour, maybe an hour and a half. I waited over 4 hours. People who came in after me were done before I got out the door! What a joke!

Hi Wendy, thanks for responding to the survey. I apologize for the frustrations. Looking over your repair order, with all the services we did for you it would have taken anywhere from 4 to 5 hours. I think there was a miscommunication of what you origianlly came in for and then the additional services that were added on. We will work better communicating with our customers to avoid this in the future. We appreciate your business and patience with us and hope to see you in the future!

Please read my comments. We specifically asked to have the car vacuumed and it was not done. Wife very disappointed.

I wished there was a Hyundai dealer closer to Price because it does take a while to get to Lindon; 1 hr and 20 mins, depending on traffic. But it's all good.
