We enjoyed our car buying experience, and they seem to have a lot of good promotions going on all the time. However, when we went in for our oil change we scheduled an appointment in advance and it took an hour and a half. I feel like that is quite a long wait.

"Always friendly "
I had an appointment for service and arrived 30 minutes early...was told it could be 1or 1.5 hours..they were behind. It did take an hour but still was out of there 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.

The windows were completed as requested. We had asked to have the car washed, but someone forgot to do it. All work done for us previously has been prompt and complete.
