William said they do a great job and he's very happy with them. Bjorneby runs a good show, and he does excellent work. William's insurance agent told him this business wasn't on their list, but William told him they were on the top of his list, and that's where his vehicle was going to go. It's Washington state law that the insurance company can't tell a person where to go, but a person can pick. His insurance agent was cool with it and Bjorneby did absolutely 1st class work.
