Chuck said that even though there were difficulties, this business was always very good about being quick to inform him about them. They appreciated his willingness to understand that the issues were occurring. It was a respectful interaction. He said this business kept having to push the date back. This was due to the fact that the parts were coming from Germany. Three times the wrong parts had been sent from the warehouse because they were labeled wrong. He did not elaborate on the length of the delay.
