Jena said she was satisfied with the quality of the repair, but she is still having a couple on-going issues. She hears a whistling noise in the back door area and a squeaking noise whenever she backs up her vehicle. She was told she needed to take a test drive with a representative to duplicate the problems. She needs to call the business and make the necessary arrangements to get the issues resolved. She thought her vehicle was going to be determined a total loss and she was very pleased that her vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. She would definitely recommend the business for repairs.
