Donna said she was having a hard time with the third party's insurance who was paying for the repairs. They were dragging their feet, and told her they didn't want her going to this business for the repairs. She told them she was going to them. The woman from this business who helped her with everything told her she would handle the insurance issue, and she took care of everything for her. She got her vehicle back early, and the woman who helped her called her almost every day with status updates. She won't bring her vehicle anywhere else for repairs. She was pleased with the past repairs they did, and she was just as pleased with her most recent repairs.
