Dawn said they did not call her. Her vehicle was returned smelling like mold and she used an oxidizer. The vehicle was 10 days late due to parts delays. She said it would have been a much better visit if they called her. Lisa was great on the phone and she had a great personality. They charged her insurance way more than the original quote. When she picked up the vehicle and mentioned the smell they told her to keep her windows rolled down in the rain for 2 days, which would not work with her asthma. She said she will not return for the above reasons.
