Honest, quick and accountable
Geoff was diligent in addressing the issue by checking all possible issues with the car. He did not fix, repair or replace anything based on speculation. I was pleased to hear his diagnosis and prognosis of my 9 year old minivan so we could make an educated decision on the ultimate destiny of our minivan. Our minivan had transmission problems and most likely needed a transmission rebuild, however our dealer had cleared the codes. Geoff and his crew had to start from scratch to figure exactly what was the issue: the transmission, the fluid, the ERG valve, the spark plugs..He kept me up to date with every test and result and even cost of repair should it be any of those issues. I would and have already recommend "Naperville Automotive Solutions" to my friends. He is not the typical mechanic. It is refreshing to see that folks like him still exist!
