Charles said when he got to the business his service advisor took his vehicle into the stall an looked at it for 5 minutes and the proceeded to move on to other things like answering the phone and working on other projects. After waiting at least 45 minutes another service advisor came over and told him what was wrong with his vehicle. He said he was upset that he had to wait so long to hear from them. He will not recommend them due to this experience.
