"Bad service"
Had a 2pm oil change schedule. Manager did not take my keys until 2:20 and did not bring my car in for service until 2:40. After my car was serviced, the tech pulled it out front. I then waited an additional 10 minutes before I asked to pay. I was told to go find Chris in order to pay who seemed more than annoyed when I found him. I would not go back to North Bay due to the terrible customer service.

David is correct, he was on time for his appointment and we were backed up on the Holiday due to a technician being out that day. I take full responsibility for the slow turn around. We try to get scheduled work in and out in a timely fashion but this day we failed. We will work to improve our flow for future appointments. 
I apologize that we didn't meet your expectation.
