Kiley said she was mostly satisfied with her overall experience. They put on a new bumper and also placed a different grille on without telling her ahead of time. The part about the different grille did not please her. She would have appreciated them telling her ahead of time.

The customer had an aftermarket grille in her vehicle which the insurance company would not cover. They only allowed an OEM grille which was in the original estimate and the insurance adjuster was to review with the customer.
