Brandon said the passenger door does not close properly and the interior of the door is scratched because of the way the door closes. They did not do an alignment of the tires. He recommended taking a little bit more time aligning door hinges. He mentioned the vehicle was delayed for three days due to parts delay.

Spoke with customer this morning regarding his concerns.  He is out of town for the next three months but will bring it back for us to look at the door and have another company redo the alignment on the vehicle, as one was completed but we are offering a second one to determine if it is correct.
