Yasmin said they kept her vehicle safe. This business put in the paperwork that they ordered her new headlight directly from Lexus, but they didn't. As far as the paperwork goes she was not impressed. The vehicle was supposed to take three days, but it took five.

Shop did install new headlamp directly from dealer (invoice on file to prove this). The repairs were delayed due to the fender coming in damaged. Paperwork Impression? Customer was provided a detailed copy of both the preliminary & final estimates as well as a copy of her warranty.
