Rosalyn stated the customer service was not over the top, but it was okay. She needs to call the business, and make arrangements to bring her vehicle back for further repair services. She had a strut replaced and it needs more attention. There wasn't any paintwork involved. It was about 2-3 days late, and she wasn't sure of the reason for the cause of delay. The staff left paper inside where they were working. When she picked up her vehicle, there was a flap, which wasn't tightened down properly. The front desk representative looked at the vehicle, and was advising they did not have any reason to work with the flap issue. She said she felt the representative wasn't very customer friendly, and treated her job function as a task. After going back and forth with the front desk representative, it only took 5 minutes to tighten the flap. The other front desk representative she first encountered at the business when she first arrived was extremely pleasant. She did not have a very customer friendly experience. Due to these reasons, she would not recommend them.
