Robin said his driver's side door makes noise that he did not hear before he went to the business. He has not gone back to the business because he has not been in the area. He said his door might have a loose screw.

Contacted Robin 7/22: Advised that we cannot address her issue if she doesn't inform us of it or bring the car by. She never called because she has moved out of area. Explained that she has a lifetime warranty on our repairs with us as well as with Progressive. Suggested she contact Progressive & take it to a preferred shop in her new area for inspection. Informed Progressive of the issue & requested they contact her as well.
