Kristie said the day after leaving the business the vehicle was having problems turning over. She called them and the person who answered the phone said they had the same problem while the vehicle was there but they had not told her about it. The vehicle was not clean when she brought it in and it was returned the same way. She chose not to be more specific. She would not recommend this business for service for the reason mentioned.

When Kristie's vehicle arrived at the shop, within twenty minutes a check in was done and the vehicle was moving into the shop.  The battery voltage was very low and we had some difficulty getting it to turn over so we could get it in the shop.  When Kristie called asking about it, this was explained to her and also explained to her that this was not related to her accident in anyway, the life of the battery was running out and needed to be replaced.  As far as her vehicle not being cleaned, the vehicle was washed and the inside cleaned as best as we could.  She had a lot of personal belongings through out the vehicle.  We cleaned as best as possible without bothering her personal belongings.  There was no dust from the shop on the vehicle or inside.  We are deeply disappointed to hear that she will not come back nor recommend us because of these issues, as she seems to be quiet happy with the body repair itself.
