Michael said the customer service at the facility is great. He was called and kept informed all during the repair everyone was polite and professional. The vehicle was completed earlier than it had been promised. The paint work looks so good they did not realize the vehicle had been painted. Michael did say the back bumper on both sides does not seem to be attached to the body of the vehicle after it was repaired.

Mr. Traylor has since come by the shop and we confirmed that the bumper is attached to the vehicle.  The issue he is seeing is a slight difference between the original Volkswagen bumper and the aftermarket bumper that his insurance had us install.
